This is probably going to sound cliche but I think I would say I am most afraid of failure. I am afraid of disappointing people that I love. Sometimes I just expect too much out of myself. To fight this fear I just remember that the best way to learn is by making mistakes.

Now what am I physically afraid of?? Spiders! Also: snakes, sharks, (basically deadly animals) illness, war, death, natural disasters (tornadoes,fires, etc)
